Supportive housing is service enriched—permanent housing. To be eligible persons must be: homeless and have a disabling condition which hinders them from maintaining housing. Supportive housing includes services appropriate for the population. Rent is limited to 30% of income.

Buddy's Place furnishes permanent housing for homeless women and men. To qualify you must be single, homeless, and low-income. The rent is subsidized through CMHA and all utilities are included. We provide off-site case management, and tenants have access to off-street parking.

Provides scattered site permanent housing for homeless individuals with physical, cognitive or sensory disabilities. In addition, they provide support services to stabilize the family unit to prevent future homelessness.

FSFB Permanent Housing program provides permanent housing for disabled, homeless individuals and case management services to enable them to access and maintain their housing.

This program provides permanent housing to homeless individuals that are also disabled. This includes persons with barriers in the form of substance abuse, mental illness, dual diagnosis, HIV/AIDS and physical, cognitive or sensory disorders. In addition, they also provide case management and supportive services that lead to long-term self-sufficiency.

The OTR Community Housing program assists homeless women and families with substance abuse problems. In addition to providing permanent housing, their case management support services include individual, group and/or family counseling; a family resource center; continued parenting education, financial planning and relapse prevention.

Recovery Hotel is a collaboration of Over-the-Rhine Community Housing and Drop Inn Center. It provides transitional housing for men and women in recovery from drug and alcohol abuse. There is on-site case management with 24-hour door monitoring. Rent is subsidized through Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA). Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings occur on-site.

Mentally ill single individuals receive service enriched permanent housing, which supports them as they live as independently as possible. Case management, assistance with medications, like-skill training, connections with the community and general support will provide success to the residents of this program.

Program provides a rental subsidy for homeless individuals with a disability and health care issues. Housing staff works closely with individuals to apply for available income and other resource that will assist in helping maintain long-term housing stability.
