Street outreach programs work to engage homeless persons whose primary residence is a place not normally meant for human habitation. They work to engage individuals in meaningful dialogue, provide assessments and referrals, and develop case plans that support the individual’s movement from the streets to housing and/or services.

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services - PATH Program (Street Outreach)
